General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Ronce

Take a look at our conditions to enjoy a holiday without any worries in Ortisei.

Check in and check out:

The rooms are ready for occupation at 3 p.m. In case of an arrival after 6 p.m. we please for an announcement by telephone. On departure day we please to leave the room at 10 a.m.

Confirmation of the reservation:

The reservation is considered as binding, if confirmed by a down payment by means of bank transfer or credit card. We recommend that you obtain travel cancellation insurance (see below).
However, please ensure that you receive written confirmation from the hotel before making the transfer (an offer or transfer without a booking confirmation from the hotel is not considered confirmation).
In case of variances of the reservation date - later arrival or earlier departure - the booked but unused portion of your holiday stay will be calculated. Not taken meals are not refunded.

Cancellation:

A cancellation is unpleasant for you but also for us. We please for your understanding in case of cancellation the EU regulations for cancellations of hotel bookings or holiday trips apply. Cancellation conditions:

  • cancellation from booking till 30 days before arrival: we keep down payment
  • cancellation from 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the booked price will be charged
  • cancellation from 14 days to 0 days before arrival or no show = 100% of the booked price will be charged

International cancellation conditions apply (court of jurisdiction: Bozen/Bolzano).

Travel insurance:

Dear guest, what if something comes up to prevent you from even starting your holiday in Val Gardena or to oblige you to return home prematurely? In the event that you are late in arriving for your hotel stay, can't come at all, or are forced to depart prematurely, the relevant E.U. norms allow cancellation fees to be charged. In order to protect you from any penalty fees or charges, we recommend that you obtain this travel cancellation insurance.

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
